Justin Barr

Palmas is led by Justin Barr — 18+ years acquiring customers at scale. He started in online marketing in 2008 generating thousands of leads for businesses, co-founded a mobile ad network that sold to Phunware for $20M+, and scaled his own ecommerce company to $2M in sales in six months.

He co-founded an ecommerce agency managing brands like FIGS, SmartyPants Vitamins, and LivOn Labs (sold in 2019), ran a lead gen operation generating 10,000 auto insurance leads a day, and co-founded a mobile game that reached 2 million players before its 2024 acquisition. Along the way he's shaped content strategy for Burger King, Popeyes, Coors Light, and Mazda.

Today, Justin runs Palmas as a studio — owning acquisition for a small number of companies and building the AI systems that scale it. Real leverage, not another agency that sends you a deck.
